Schedule an in person or phone appointment with one of our dedicated concierge professionals to plan your stress free care subscription so all you have to do is arrive and enjoy your special occasion or just focus on your day to day without the worry of remembering the little things that can take up your valuable time that could be spent with family and friends. This plan consists of three hours of on call service per week for special requests, emergency/expedited service, car service and more!
Similar to the VIP care plans, this plan is more geared for scheduling the regular upkeep of day to day monotonous tasks that can be overwhelming if forgotten. Lawn care, pool cleaning, boat/dock cleaning and services, groceries, laundry and basic house cleaning. With this service you won‘t have to go weeks or even months worrying about your second home or residential investments. You can sleep well knowing that a professional property manager is conducting weekly checks on your properties to ensure there has been no damage or unforeseen repairs needed. Additionally, our property managers work in conjunction with the local sheriff’s office and will respond promptly to any alarm activations. You will be contacted by the responding manager for follow up.
